Instead of carrying waste by hand, we install automated waste chute systems. They suit new and existing residential buildings over three floors, hotels, shopping and business centres, factories and restaurants.
How the system works
- Central control panel
- LP 65 rated panel; one operator runs every process. The system does not depend on complex software, so a technician can fix faults on site.
- Ventilation
- Sensor-controlled fans automatically remove odours and harmful gases from the chute. Three speed settings; quiet, vibration-free operation.
- Self-cleaning
- Motorised brushes at the top and bottom of the chute and a detergent tank above it. Cleaning time and detergent dose are adjustable; all hatches lock automatically during cleaning.
- Payback
- Installation cost is recovered through a monthly resident subscription, giving investors a short payback period.
- Sound insulation
- Stainless steel chutes, coated outside with 2 mm (1.7 kg/m²) sound-insulating paint or wrapped in insulation.
